Alise Roberts was born in Bellevue, Washington as third generation to the Seattle area. As the second oldest of 11 children Alise learned the value of team work from an early age. After starting her career in real estate over 15 years ago, she assembled a team of her own so she could focus on giving each of her clients the service they need and deserve. She surrounded herself with kind, courteous and passionate people dedicated to excellence in client satisfaction.

“We never think of what we do as sales,” she expresses. “We do not sell or push people on homes or as to why they should work with us. We build relationships on honesty and trust. We listen to our clients, we get to know them, then we help them achieve their goals.”

If you ask Alise what her favorite part of this business is, without hesitation she will answer, “Getting to know my clients. Understanding who they are on a personal level. What are their likes and dislikes? Why are they selling or buying? It is key for me to know this information so I can give them good advice... I enjoy learning about who they are, what they are trying to accomplish and then helping them in any way possible."

It is this kind of service that has pushed Alise to be tops in her field. You will find that most of her business comes from past clients who are happy to refer her services to their friends and family. This has placed her as one of the top agents in the region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana).

You will find that although she loves getting to know her clients personally, she also takes a lot of pride in what she is able to offer them. She continues to stay on top of the latest trends, regulations and requirements that influence the real estate market. Alise has achieved the ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), and the prestigious CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. These require rigorous educational and production to attain. Only 4% of agents hold the CRS designation yet they represent 25% of all real estate nationwide! Alise has also been recently added into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2007!

When Alise isn’t out helping others with their real estate needs you will find her spending time with her husband and their 9-year old son at their favorite spot... HOME!

Meet Bethanie

  • 12+ years in the real estate with extensive background in mortgage lending and customer service.
From the moment Bethanie could talk, she was deemed a “people-person”.   She loves helping others and this eventually lead her into the real estate industry.  Bethanie started her career over 12 years ago working as a receptionist for a real estate sign posting company.  After several short months she realized she most enjoyed the customer service side of things and she decided the real estate/mortgage industry was right where she wanted to be. It was here that she could put her superior customer service skills to work helping buyers through all the intricacies of the loan process. “I truly enjoy working with people,” Bethanie remarks. “Customer service has always been a priority for me. Whether it’s a phone conversation or a face-to-face appointment, I want people to feel they have been genuinely listened to and their questions and concerns have been readily taken care of.” Within the first few moments of meeting her, it is apparent that customer service really is Bethanie’s true passion.  Her positive attitude and can-do spirit bubble forth from her lively personality.  She feels that this ingredient is the most important factor of her business and you will never see her without a smile on her face!  She also feels it is absolutely vital to keep the lines of communication open between her and her clients so that she can truly understand how to help them best. Most of Bethanie’s business comes from past clients who say that it's her smile and “can-do” attitude that make a difference.  “It may not solve everything, but it definitely helps," she says. When challenges come up, you have to approach things with a positive attitude and work together to find a solution. That’s how things get done… and get done right.” When Bethanie isn’t helping others make their goal of home ownership a reality she enjoys taking in the sights of downtown Seattle or enjoying various outdoor activities such as camping and wakeboarding with her husband and two children.

Meet Kailee

[prounounced Ky-lee but we all like to call her Kai (Ky)] You probably won't meet Kailee face-to-face as she works behind the scenes at Alise Roberts & Company. But as soon as soon as your transaction is put together you will notice her presence. As the transaction manager, Kailee’s goal is to make sure you experience a stress-free closing. Since Kailee doesn’t spend her days in the field, she is available for your calls and emails. She also handles many of the questions from lenders, appraisers, escrow companies, title companies and other agents or vendors who need information on your listing or purchase. As a licensed managing broker in Washington state and many years behind her belt, Kailee is familiar with all the addendums and disclosures that can change during the course of your transaction. Kailee keeps up-to-date on new laws and regulations so you can be confident your transaction is in skilled hands. “This ensures a smooth transaction for our clients,” comments Alise. “She handles all the behind-the-scene items that you will likely never know are there. We call it the ‘40-steps to a smooth closing’. This makes it so small issues don’t become big problems later on down the line.” Kailee takes a lot of pride in addressing the individual needs of Alise’s clients. “We’ve had clients call in a panic from the furniture store, desperate to know if there was any way we could get them a measurement for a wall or window” she recalls “They are always pleasantly surprised when we can ‘save the day’ with an answer on something like that. The last couple years, a large part of Kailee’s day is spent on the phone with banks negotiating lower payoffs for short sales. Alise and Kailee have developed a system that they truly feel is unmatched in managing short sales effectively. Kailee is sympathetic to the struggle homeowners dealing with this situation face. “One thing I can tell you with a certainty, is that being upside down in your home and struggling to make payments is nothing to be ashamed of. We are working dozens of these every month- every story is different, and every story touches me.” Kailee states. “There’s so many people affected by the economic downturn and they –we all- deserve to go through it with dignity and work together towards a fresh start.” As the oldest of 11 children, and after having raised 6 of her own, Kailee is used to multi-tasking and finding workable solutions. No matter how well planned, it seems there’s always something that comes up, and her goal is to make sure YOU don’t have to worry about it. “Being organized doesn’t come naturally to most people”, she says “It takes deliberate and focused attention to achieve consistently good results.” After 35 years in Seattle, Kailee and her family decided to pursue a slower lifestyle and relocated to the Okanogan Valley in Northeast Washington. When she’s not working, Kailee enjoys fishing, hiking, river rafting and organic gardening. With four teenagers still at home, there’s seldom a quiet moment- and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
